Students will apply specific knowledge and skills from project management of construction realization. They will conceive a bid to public competition. They are able to use network analysis for term, resource, costs and financial planning. They will process a proposal of construction site equipment. They will set of outputs in Microsoft Project and Contec software. They will learn concrete procedures and methods in the preparation and realization of construction to the contractor.

Theoretic knowledge focused on construction projects from the aspect of building contractor, construction and technological preparation and equipment of building site. Practical application of specialized softwares for project management.

To calculate price of construction works with regard to the profitability achievement of building production, composition of calculation procedures in terms of construction company. To obtain a comprehensive view on business processes, the ability to analyse the factual processes and information flows, which are under way within the organization.

Students are divided into groups of two to three members, in which they process the project for concrete construction contract. They are acquaint with the contents of particular assignment and trained on software Microsoft Project and Contec. Continuously consultations are executed in the teaching, presentations and defences of developed project are taking place at the end of consultations.

Projects will be processed in a maximum of three-membered groups of students. A base for getting a classification credit will be point evaluation handed project, which will be obtained for particular assignment, continuous consultation, the presentation and defences.
