Learning outcomes of the course unit
Students will have a clear idea of fundamental functions of management. They wil be capable to identify several management aproaches in specific situations in organizations.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of corporate organization and of function of management. Understanding of fundamental principles of market economics.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Teaching consists of lectures, which consist of an explanation of discipline, content, terms, structure and methods. The exercises are aimed at the practical side of the lectured topics.
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes
For reaching credit is required to successful treatment of semester work at a predetermined time.
Examination Requirements: knowledge of of taught topics and its practical applications.
Form of examination: written, oral examination the examiner decides on the basis of a written test.
The exam is classified according to ECTS.
