Orientation in the contemporaneous Czech architectonic scene with the corresponding links

History of architecture, typology, architectonic studio design

Students design their own master page space and shape the nature of architectural design, the specific elements of the interior, learn the basic principles and layout of urban space, the development of knowledge of key support structures and static behavior. All in the context of the history and development of the field.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Written examination, combined when repeated. The classification takes into account student’s knowledge and orientation in the issue.

The instruction is given by way of optional lectures and excursions.

The course is recommended for both lectures of visiting teachers, practicing architects, both tied workshops on the subject.
