Course content is focused on at deepening and broadening the knowledge acquired in courses focusing on quality control and safety management in areas such as modern management methods, statistical support for management decisions, analyze of selected methods of industrial engineering.

Understanding of a general management principles and methods, which are applicable in industry.

Basic knowledge of the quality management system and safety management system.
