Course detail

Analytical Methods of Technical Praxis

FCH-BCO_AMPAcad. year: 2012/2013

The course content is assembled from following thematic blocks: Basic rules of analytical sampling. Procedures for sample treatments: Isolation of target analytes from sample matrix (extraction by gal, liquid, solid phase), clean-up techniques (destructive, non-destructive), methods of group separation. Instrumental analytical methods used in analytical praxis: UV-VIS spectrophotometry, separation methods (gas and liquid chromatography, electromigration techniques), mass spectrometry. Basic principles of interpretation of analytical results.
