Psychology in Business

The course focuses on the knowledge and use of psychological knowledge in business. It focuses on the organization and the human factor in terms of behavior, motivation, corporate culture and ethics and to all processes influenced by man and his behavior. From the perspective of business and business is subject deals with the importance of leadership and job performance factors affecting the performance of a company's prosperity.
