To become known of the theory of the logistic systems, logistic chains and their creation. To master the theory and creation of material and information flows. Analysis of systems and de-aggregation into the elements and chains. To make acquainted with applications in the area of building technological processes and realization of constructions as well as in the area of company process management. To make acquainted with simulations and modelling of chains, flows and process control.

Course curriculum
2. Information strategy in the company and its logistic tasks. Targets of logistics. Logistic conceptions in the company.
3. Logistic chains and functions. Material and information flows.
4. Mathematic logistics, simulation and modelling methods.
5. Economy and logistics. Relations. Direct and back impacts of logistics. Strategy of company logistics and logistics management.
6. - 7. Interactions of logistics and management of production, technology processes, supply, dispatch, stores, material handling, transportation, utilisation of machinery and human resource management.
8. Logistic functions in the area of supplies guaranteeing and stock management. Analysis of supply processes.
