Building Plan

The subject of the tutorial is the complex design of new building, including its emplacement on construction site and the connections on the engineering nets. For the design of disposition schema the basic typological fundamentals and knowledge of bearing and additional constructions will be used. The tutorial also deals with coordination of the adjustment of assignment for the specialist on technical equipment and bearing construction design.
• Design of executive project of the building according to study evaluated by the subject AG31- Architectural Design Studio I. (eventually according to seminary work done by AG03 Residential buildings).
• Output in CAD format, perspective done with use of pencil

1. Work assembly of evaluation of the executive project schedule, emplacement of building in terrain, assignment of specialization

 Plan of each floor of the building
 Plan of ceiling construction
 Plan of foundations including its preliminary design
 Excavation plan
 Plan and both longitudinal and lateral sections of roof truss or eventually flat roof

Aims

Obtaining of elementary knowledge for execution and assembling of project documentation of building parts according to assignment of building structure. Construction work according to requirements as for processers of single profession and preparing of assignment for specialist.
