Semester Work

The course Semestral Work solves topical problems of the civil aviation in Czech republic by means of student exercises. Students must communicate with operational specialists, must orient in operational document and in professional literature and elaborate given task.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Credit is obtained after presentation of semester work. Student presents contents and results of his work. Rated are also posibilities and perspectives of continuation of the solution.

Aims

Checking of the students ability to self working in the field of actual civil air transport operation and technical problems in the Czech Republic.
Focus to the obtaining, processing and using of the operation information and available publications.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Exercises proceed in the consulting form. Durinf semester there are two required presentations of materials for diploma work.
