Bases of Scientific Metrology and Quality Control

"Bases scientific metrology" - bases theory mistakes metering,accuracy of measurement, uncertainty metering, qualification check suit, regulation industrial process, statistical reading record metering, metering choice physical quantity, plotting surface texture, plotting accuracy tooth system.
"Steerage quality" - analysis and application specification series CSN EN ISO 9000, CSN EN 4500 and specification coherent, application statisticians method in the area izeni quality( SPC, PRECONTROL, statistical inspection, etc ..), method for increasing quality production.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Plotting quality industrial process by the help of basis scientific
metrology and progress steerage quality in particular with the aid of statistical method
and independent solving concrete imposition in laid areas.

1.Bases mathematical statistics. Standard type fission chance quantity.
2.Measurement error. Mistakes randomly, systematic. Method recognition and proof-reading mistakes.
3.Accuracy of measurement. Characteristics accuracy. Locution uncertainty metering.
4.Statistical reading record metering.
5.Qualification check suit.
6.Classification quality gauge.
7.Metering fundamental physical quantity.
8.Classification surface texture.
9.Verification tooth system.
10.Verification deviation recontouring and position by the help of laserintrferometru.
11.Application statistical method for escalation quality industrial process.
