Original Abstract

Task and goal of environment protection is achievement of qualitatively better indicators of environment, which will reflect in better quality and value of assets and services provided by environment. This will result in valorization of natural capital assets - rerserves of non-renewable resources, natural maximum growth of renewable resources, minimal environment pollution with substances and energy, conservation of ecosystems, natural aesthetic and cultural values of environment. Natural capital is a pre-requisite for further sustainable economic development and has a favourable effect on population well-being.

English abstract
