Original Abstract

The presented paper engages with description of alternative process to measure airfoil aerodynamic characteristics. A development of a ground mobile laboratory based on car is presented. In opposite of wind tunnel testing this method is less money consuming and furthermore tests in conditions of real atmosphere can be realised implicitly. On the contrary this situation is complicated by several aspects, which influence the measurement. These aspects must be studied more in future. At IAE institute the ground mobile laboratory was build and first test are currently under run. As object for investigation a "cablo-model" of airfoil MS-0313 was chosen for measurement of surface pressure distribution. Obtained results were subsequently compared with wind tunnel data of identical model measured in ARTI Prague. In contribution partial results of this project are shown and discussed.
