Original Abstract

Recent cycles of rapid growth-decline of real estate market in industrial countries had demonstrated that fluctuations of real estate prices may be the sources of economic and financial instability and this created the basis fro researchers to make assumptions that the goals and strategy of monetary policy have to be aimed to offset this instability source.
