Original Abstract

In this article a method of magnetron sputtering is suggested for obtaining 3D graphene (in form of glakes) for further usage in super capacitors. Presently, graphene is the thinnest material known to mankind - only one carbon atom in thickness. The popularity of graphene among researches and engineers is grwoing day by day, as it has unusual optical, electrical, mechanical and thermal properties.
