Cílem této výzkumné zprávy bylo zejména ověření funkčnosti celého měřicího systému na půdě hlavního řešitele – PoS, což bylo úspěšně naplněno. Byly detailně vysvětleny a popsány pracovní cykly válce, představeny možnosti využití zkušební stanice pro testování širokého spektra pneumotorů a navržen algoritmus vyhodnocování provozního stavu válců. Na základě mnoha provedených zkoušek byla uplatněná metodika vypracována jako komplexní postup pro standardizování zkoušek pneumatických válců ať už z produkce Poličských strojíren, tak také jiných výrobců pneumatických prvků. Na základě navržené metodiky byly vyvinuty dva nezávislé softwary – PSDiagAE a AEViewer, jejichž aplikace byla také úspěšně otestována v provozu.

The aim of this research report was to verify the functionality of the entire measuring system at the main investigator - PoS, which was successfully fulfilled. The working cycles of the cylinder were explained in detail and the possibilities of using a test station for testing of a wide range of pneumotors were presented, and an algorithm for the evaluation of the cylinder operating status was proposed. On the basis of many tests performed, the applied methodology was developed as a comprehensive procedure for the standardization of pneumatic cylinder tests, whether from the production of Poličské strojíren or other manufacturers of pneumatic elements. Based on the proposed methodology, two independent softwares - PSDiagAE and AEViewer - have been developed, whose applications have also been successfully tested in operation.
