In this work, ceramic membranes based on secondary materials (blast-furnace slag, fly-ash) were prepared without additional sintering. The membranes were tested on mechanical properties, pore-size distribution, permeability, pressure drop characteristics and ability to purify suspensions of ultrafine particles.
