Original Abstract

This paper presents partial results of empirical research which were conducted in the Czech Republic. Attention is focused on conditions of successful international cooperation including means how to prepare expatriates for their daily work in international environment. Subsequently, a procedure for effective preparation, including basic rules for overcoming of cultural differences and a process of adapting to a different culture and appropriate interactions in mutual cooperation in international conditions of surveyed environment were proposed.
