Original Abstract

Seismic response analysis of a complex boiler structure with a stack is described. The plant site is located in a high-intensity earthuake zone. Site-specific linear response spectra are available. The paper contains the description of the developed computation models, the procedure aplied in the seismic response analysis and the conclusion for the detailed structure design.
