Original Abstract

Příspěvek popisuje, jek velký může mít vliv přídavek a druh fluidního popílku na fyzikálně-mechanické a tepelně-technické vlastnosti konopných výplňových hmot. Konopné výplňové hmoty jsou tvořeny pazdeřím technického konopí pojené směsí cementu a vápenného hydrátu. Jsou to materiály aplikovatelné jako výplně svislých či vodorovných konstrukcí nebo střech. V rámci výzkumu bylo použito 4 druhy fluidních popílků (filtrový, elektrárenský a teplárenský) do matrice výplňových hmot v různých procentuelních podílech (5, 10 a 15%) z objemu pojivové složky. Na vyrobených zkušebních tělesech byla stanovena a následně vyhodnocena objemová hmotnost, pevnost v tahu za ohybu, pevnost v tlaku a stanovení součinitele tepelné vodivosti.

English abstract

The paper describes how a large influence can be achieved by adding a type of FBC ash on the physical-mechanical and thermal-technical properties of hemp filling materials. The hemp filling materials consists of two technical hemps bound by the mixture of cement and the dry hydrate lime. These are materials which are applied as fillers to vertical and horizontal constructions or roofs. Within the survey, 4 types of FBC ashes were used (FBC fly ash, power and heat ash) into the matrix of filling substances at various percentage rates (5, 10 and 15%) of the volume of the binding component. The density was stated and consequently evaluated on the produced tested bodies, as well as flexural strength, compressive strength and determination of the heat conductivity factor.
