Abstract

Program byl vytvořen v programu MATLAB a je založen na MKP. Model je dikretizován prutovým prvkem. V programu se uvažuje 10-válečková rovnačka. Předpoklady pro řešení: 1. Popis průhybu, natočení, křivosti na základě jednoduché ohybové teorie prutu s jednoosou napjatostí. 2. Bodový kontakt mezi tyčí a válci. 3. Konstatntní hodnotu vstupní křivosti 4. Bilineární model materiálu. Program vzniknul v rámci řešení projektu FR-TI1/385 s firmou ŽĎAS a.s. Žďár nad Sázavou, IČ 46347160. Smlouva 181325203405 s firmou ŽĎAS, a.s. ze dne 6. 6. 2011.

Abstract in English

The program in MATLAB is based on FEM using a simple beam element with Euler descrip-tion of material flow through the leveling machine. With fast and reliable solution of the prob-lem, optimal setting of the leveling rolls can be found in an iterative process. The program is designed for 10-roller cross roll leveling machine. The algorithm is based on several basic assumptions: 1. The bar deflection, slope and curvature can be described by bending theory of beams with one dimensional state of stress. 2. Simple point contacts with fixed pitch exist between the rollers and the bar. 3. Stationary situation with constant value of input curvature of the bar is supposed. 4. Material model is characterized by bilinear curve with linear elastic and linear plas-tic hardening part, and kinematic hardening rule.
