Využití UV záření pro zvýšení kontrastu mezi tavidlovými zbytky a substrátem (pozadí) po procesu mytí elektronických struktur. Tato metoda je využita pro vylepšení grafického výstupu sledovaných struktur a jejich následné grafické a statistické vyhodnocení.

English abstract

Utilization UV light to increase the contrast between flux residues and the substrate (background) after the washing process of the electronic structures. This method is used to enhance the graphical output observed structures and their subsequent graphical and statistical evaluation.
