Zařízení slouží k doplňování pískovacího zařízení kolejových vozidel, především tramvají. Jedná se o automaticky pracující systém, který na základě principu pneumatické dopravy umožňuje plnit zásobníky písku umístěné v kolejovém vozidle. Zařízení je navrženo tak, aby bylo možné regulovat množství dopravovaného písku dle požadavků a zároveň nekladlo nároky na obsluhu. Zařízení je spouštěno pracovníkem a na základě změn tlakových poměru je vyhodnoceno naplnění zásobníku a proces plnění je ukončen.
