Zařízení slouží jako vybavení slévárenských provozů, kde slouží k vytloukání odlitků z forem. Jedná se o vibrační zařízení, které díky intenzivním vibracím umožňuje rozrušit strukturu formy a uvolnit tak odlitek a formovacího materiálu. Vibrace dále rozrušují strukturu zbytků formy až na sypkou frakci. Další vibrace zajišťují intenzivní vzájemný otěr zrn písku, který zajistí jejich obrušování od pojiva a tím docílí částečné regenerace.

The device serves as equipment foundry plants, where it is used for breaking mold. It is a vibrating device, which due to intense vibrations allows to excite the structure and mold release as casting and molding materials. Vibration further erode the structure of residues to form the loose faction. Other vibrations provide intense mutual abrasion of sand grains, so that these binders from abrasion and thus achieving a partial regeneration.
