Original Abstract

We present a new concept of temperature controller for laser head based on the laser diode VCSEL. We used a fast DSP controller equipped by a self-learning algorithm for identification of the PID parameters of the laser diode setup. During experiments, we suppressed noise of the temperature controller signal chain below 0.25mK.
