This work was focused on detailed aggregation behaviour of CTAB in its concentrations tightly around critical aggregation concentration which occurs in a presence of Hyaluronan. Concentration of hyaluronan was unchanged. Influence of fluorescence probe pyrene concentration and sample preparation were also studied.
