Original Abstract

Článek prezentuje proces převodu původní aplikace pro extrakci informací z vědeckých článků do Cloudu. Originální systém je popsán spolu s architektonickými a implementačními rozhodnutími učiněnými pro dosažení výkonu a konformity s filosofií platformy mOSAIC, jenž byla použita jako základ implementace.

English abstract

This paper presents the process of the cloudification of a legacy information extractionsystem targeting scientific papers. The original system is described along with architectural and implementational decisions that were made in order to gain performance andto conform to the philosophy of the mOSAIC cloud middleware that is used as a basisfor implementation.
