Abstract

Přenosový kanál je tvořen těmito bloky: BOTA (Balanced Transconductance Amplifier), BTIA (Balanced Trans-Impedance Amplifier), VGA (Variable Gain Amplifier) a FDCA (Fully Differential Input/Output amplifier).

Abstract in English

LNVGA is fully-differential amplifier that is designed for low-noise applications. Its gain is controlled in few steps. The circuit is composed by several building blocks that are included on chip. Transfer channel is formed by these blocks: BOTA (Balanced Transconductance Amplifier), BTIA (Balanced Trans-Impedance Amplifier), VGA (Variable Gain Amplifier) a FDCA (Fully Differential Input/Output amplifier). Last optional block is embedded sigma-delta modulator. Interconnection of particular blocks and their settings is very variable.
