Original Abstract

The paper describes a usage optical method for the diagnostic of crowbar surface. Evaluation of this kind of surface requires information about cracks (cracks locations, size of cracks and depth of cracks) and information about oscillation wrinkles. A new technique based on a laser scanner is presented and is compared with conventional usage of classical monochromatic camera. Our technique gives precise information about cracks and wrinkles, is less sensitive to light condition of ambient and is less sensitive on surface refraction
