This paper is identification by problem behavior of rescue reinforced panels for long-terms loading. The rescues have got for of external bonded reinforcement. Between used strengthening materials belong CFRP lamellas, carbonic and glass fabrics. The panelas are exposed to the loading at different levels and another affecting are climatic condition. The tests examined: changes of panel deflections, behavior of stressed, tensile, shearing zones of concrete, unit strains of strengthening elements and unit strains of internal reinforcement. The evalüation of the measured values is given.
