Original Abstract

V České republice je téma panelových domů aktuálním problémem. Jejich životnost je neustále přepočítávána a nastává otázka, jakým způsobem budou tyto domy dále využity. Možnosti rekonstrukcí a sanací, popřípadě i demolic takových panelových domů, je vhodné navrhovat s ohledem na jejich konstrukční systém. V současné době není na rekonstrukce, revitalizace a opravy panelových domů jednoznačný názor. Článek popisuje historii, vývoj a aktuální trendy v této oblasti.

English abstract

The topic of pre-fabricated panel houses is a topical issue in the Czech Republic. Their lifespan has been re-counted and there is a question of how these houses will be used in the future. The possibilities of renovation and rehabilitation or possibly demolition of such panelhouses should be proposed in accordance with theirstructural systems. Currently, there is no single opinion on the issue of renovation, rehabilitation and repairs of panel houses. This paper describes the history, development and current trends in this area.
