Abstract

Software FILTERING_TESTER je určen pro automatické testování algoritmů pro filtraci signálů EKG na standardní CSE databázi. Hodnocení algoritmů probíhá na základě dosaženého průměrného zlepšení SNR. Software byl vytvořen v programovém prostředí Matlab.

Abstract in English

The software FILTERING_TESTER is designed for automatic testing of ECG filtering algorithms on the standard CSE database. Evaluating of algorithms is based on the achieved average SNR improvement. This software was developed in Matlab.
