Original Abstract

During medical investigation in pregnancy, ultrasound waves could cause undesirable changes of embryonic tissues, so called bio-effect. The knowledge of risk level during ultrasound exposure is an important basis for the assessment of exposure limits. Presented models of embryonic tissue heating offer simulation of the limiting exposure cases.
