Software GELSEG je určen k segmentaci proužků v šedotónovém obraze gelové elektroforézy. K tomuto účelu využívá základní lineární a pokročilé nelineární metody segmentace. Software byl vytvořen v prostředí Matlab a je opatřen podrobnou nápovědou.

Abstract in English

The software GELSEG is designed for segmentation of lanes in gel electrophoresis greyscale image. For this purpose uses a basic linear and advanced nonlinear segmentation techniques. The software was designed in Matlab environment and includes detailed help.
