Original Abstract

The principle of a magnetic clutch with permanent magnets is well known for a decades. Development of new cost acceptable rare earth permanent magnets enabled their use even for less sophisticated applications. It is unavoidable to know the dynamic properties of a magnetic clutch for many aplications. Genetic algorithm was used for identification of circuit model parameters.
