Original Abstract

Je nesporné, že provozní energetická náročnost je v současné době v popředí zájmu stavebníků i budoucíchuživatelů budov. Je to dáno nejen rostoucími cenami energií, ale také legislativními požadavky na úrovni Evropské unie i na úrovni České republiky. V akčním programu nazvaném Inteligent Energy Europe“ většina evropských zemí přijala plán, v němž se tyto země zavazují při výstavbě nových budov od roku 2019 stavět s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie.

English abstract

It is an undisputed fact that the operating energy consumption is currently extremely interesting for the building owners and future users of buildings. This is due not only to rising energy prices, but also legislative requirements at the EU level as well at the level of the Czech Republic. In the Action Programme "Intelligent Energy Europe" most European countries adopted a plan in which these countries undertake to construct the new nearly zero-energy buildings from 2019.
