Original Abstract

The paper shows the dependence electrical characteristics of QCM sensor on thickness of active layer. The measurements were provided on four QCM sensors of different thicknesses of active layer. Thickness of active layer determines damping of oscillation, shift of resonation frequency and detection ability.
