Original Abstract

The deregulation of electricity market and new energy politics give the opportunity to connect more and more dispersed generators to the distribution network. These new actors of the system constitute new dispersed energy sources and they can based on clean energies. The integration of the new actors in the network presents several presents in the system operation. Electric networks were designed for an energy from the centralized power plants to the customers through the transmission and distribution networks in an unidirectional flow.
