Original Abstract

The paper deals with non-traditional but highly needed issues: to formulate criteria of scientific activity. It is really unbelievable that in the period of information and scientific society there is a lack of such criteria and the assessment of scientific activities is totally voluntary. In the presented paper the authors have tried to propose attributes of scientific activities.
