The paper reports about the investigation of mutual interaction between hyaluronan and aminoacids L-lysine and 6-amionocaproic acid. The interaction was studied using rheology and conductivity measurements. Both native aminoacids and their protonated forms were investigated. The aim is to assess a possible physical modification of hyaluronan by the aminoacids.
