Abstract

The concept of Master Sintering Surface is a very powerful tool for finding of sintering activation energy and for densification prediction in case of pressure-assisted sintering. Software MSS Construction using of few measurements performed by Spark Plasma Sintering apparatus (or a machine with a similar concept which can record time-temperature-shrinkage data) can predict sintering behaviour in any time-temperature-pressure set-up. This concept also enables evaluation of activation energy of sintering process from a dynamic process.
