Original Abstract

The article deals with mistakes during building of assembled wooden house. Focus is placed on analyzing the causes of mistakes and their placement in the process of construction planning and implementation process. As an example is given specific assembled family house from northern Bohemia. Some defects and failure of this building have been rooted in the contract between the investor and the supplier of construction.
