Original Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá kolmací porézního filtračního prostředí vegetačních kořenových čistíren odpadních vod. Fyzikální vlastnosti filtračního materiálu, především jeho zrnitost, struktura, textura, pórovitost, hydraulická vodivost atd., určují konečný čistící efekt vegetační kořenové čistírny. Článek stručně popisuje faktory určující kolmaci, metody jejího určení, vliv kolmace na filtrační prostředí a popis laboratorního výzkumu i některé výsledky z terénního šetření.

English abstract

These features are influenced by colmatation of porous filtration medium used in reed bed treatment plants. Physical attributes of porous filtration medium, especially its granularity, structure, texture, porosity, hydraulic conductivity etc., determine the final purification effect of reed bed treatment plant. This contribution briefly describes the factors causing colmatation, the methods of determination and research.
