Original Abstract

The condition of stability of steady flow in rotationally symmetrical area is presented in the paper. The governing equation is Navier-Stokes and the continuity equation for an incompressible liquid. Small is assessed according to the real part of eigenvalue of the associated eigenvalues problem.
