Original Abstract
High quality visualizations with realistic lighting is achallenging topic in computer graphics. This paper presentsLexolights architecture for visualization of virtual sceneswhen high fidelity lighting is required. It describes theshader architecture that provides per-pixel lighting, followedby shadow techniques and multipass concept. Multipass isused as it seems to be a robust approach to overcome somelimitations related to the maximum number of lights in thescene. Finally, our approach for rendering of models withhuge texture data sets is presented.
