Abstract

Přípravek umožňuje po připojení k zdroji kontaktovat a provádět lokální elektrodepozice přímo na křemíkových substrátrech nebo čipech a tak modifikovat vymezenou oblast. Dále umožňuje v kombinaci se Autolabem firmy MethroOhm provádět měření přímo v modifikované oblasti.

Abstract in English

The product allows the connection to the source contact and conduct local elektrodepozice directly on silicon chips and substrátrech or modify the defined area. It also allows the combined company AUTOLAB MethroOhm take measurements directly in the modified area. The device has regilovatelnou level pressure.
