Original Abstract

This article is focused on Value Based System of Remuneration (VBSR). VBSR is currently considered as modern system of remuneration oriented on linking personal objectives of employees and objectives of owners through a suitably chosen evaluation scale. Economic Value Added (EVA) is chosen as this scale in presented article.
