Original Abstract

This Technical report presents a methodology realised at monitoring of a unique structure of four oil tanks during loading test. The tanks with the capacity 4 x 35 000 m3 of oil are of cylindrical shape and they are covered with a spherical shell dome. The internal diameter of each tank is 47.8 m and the height of oil level is 20.4 m above the foundation slab. The tanks are constructed from prestressed concrete with internal laminate sealing system.
