This paper describes mechatronic approach in design of drive for total artificial heart. Total artificial heart (TAH) is one way, how can help the people with cardiovascular diseases. TAH can substitute real human heart for some times. In this paper human heart is briefly described and some variant of drive and approach of design are discussed as well.
