K testování a optimalizaci metodiky měření válocvitosti výkovků v laboratorních podmínkách byla vytvořena měřicí stanice. Stanice se skládá ze tří základních částí: pracovního stolu, ramen pro uchycení fotoaparátů a prizmat pro vymezení polohy měřených vzorků. Měřenými vzorky budou kulatiny o délce do 700 mm a průměru 50 až 100 mm. Měření bude prováděno pomocí dvou fotoaparátů s vysokým rozlišením, s osami objektivů kolmými na sebe. Poloha odnímatelných fotoaparátů bude pevně dána konstrukcí ramen na robustním stole, v jehož ose budou umístěna prizmata s měřeným vzorkem. Pracovní stůl musí mít v celé ploše pod měřeným vzorkem kontrastní barvu, tzn. bílou.

For the purpose of testing and optimization methodology of the measuring cylindricity of forgings under laboratory conditions was created measuring stand. The stand consists of three basic parts - a desk, shoulder mount cameras and prisms for determining the position of the measured samples. Measured samples are rods with a length of up to 700 mm and a diameter of 40 - 80 mm. The measurement is performed using two high-resolution cameras, which have principal axes perpendicular to each other. Location of removable camera is provided with robust shoulders. In the axis of the table are placed prisms with the measured sample. Entire beground of the measured sample must be contrasting, ie. white colour.
