Abstract

Original Abstract

The preparation of crude lysates of bacterial cells is relatively expensive procedure because of the enzymes are used during the procedure. This problem can be solved by using of the washing powders for the cell lysis. The aim of our work was the isolation of DNA from the Lactobacillus at quality for the PCRs and to test whether the DNA isolated by the magnetic microsperes (P(HEMA-co-GMA) is appropriate to run the PCR with. We tried to find out if the composition of the washing powders is suitable for disruption of the cell wall instead of lysosyme.
